Marcos Zegers is a Chilean documentary and editorial photographer whose work explores the relationship between people and territory, rural ways of life and the transformations brought about by extractive industries.

A National Geographic Explorer, he works on long-term personal projects and editorial assignments, contributing photographs to The New York Times and other international publications.

Trained in architecture, he also maintains an architectural photography practice. With Magdalena Ulloa, he co-founded Otro Habitar, working with rural and Indigenous knowledge through photography, research and publications.
